Reiki
Reiki, a simple, natural, and safe method of spiritual healing and self-improvement; is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by "laying on hands", while fully clothed on a treatment table. As a Reiki Master/Teacher, Kelly not only possesses a deep understanding of the subtle energies that flow within and around us but also imparts this ancient wisdom to others through her teaching.

Vibrational Sound Healing
A therapeutic technique that uses sounds and frequencies to enhance a one’s physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being while utilizing tools and instruments such as Tibetan & crystal singing bowls, gongs, kalimba, drums, rain sticks, tuning forks, etc. With an innate ability to harness the healing power of vibrations, Kelly has earned the status of an Expert Vibrational Sound Healer. Through carefully curated soundscapes, she help individuals realign their energies, fostering profound emotional and physical healing.

Chakra Balancing
Chakras are swirling wheels of energetic fields that correspond to major organs and nerves; also impacting our psychological, emotional and spiritual states - designed to promote health through the body’s seven major energy centers/chakras. Kelly’s techniques go beyond the surface, delving into the profound connections between crystals and the human energy system, clearing blockages in the chakras so that energy can flow freely and unrestricted. This treatment is done through a variety of methods including, Reiki, sound, aromatherapy, crystals, color, among other modalities.
